What is a deep clean?

Deep and regular cleans cover the same checklist. The deep cleaning requires more time, effort and attention. We require you to select the Deep Clean option if your home 1) has not been cleaned in the last month, or 2) your home is not being maintained on a regular basis. If not selected, it may be added on arrival (we will always call you before making any pricing changes).

It's up to you! As long as our cleaners have clear instructions on how to gain access into your home, we will take care of the rest. Many of our customers prefer to schedule their clean during the workday, so they can come home to a sparkling clean house.

Absolutely. By default, we assign the same cleaner to your home for all ongoing cleans. We respect the trust that is built between you and our cleaning team. If we need to send a different team, we will notify you beforehand.

How often you use a cleaning service depends on your personal preferences and lifestyle. Some people opt for weekly or bi-weekly cleanings, while others may prefer monthly or occasional deep cleans.

The 3 Cleaners operates from Monday to Sunday, between 8 am and 6 pm. If you need after-hours cleaning, you can discuss your requirements with our team to check for availability.

We only work with cleaners that we'd want to clean our own homes, and we have high standards! Our cleaners go through rigorous checks before they enter your house. All of our cleaners:

  • Have a police check

  • Reference checked

  • Insured

  • Go through trial cleans

And most importantly, they are bloody good cleaners!

The short answer is as long as it takes. If you book in our any whole house clean, we follow a detailed checklist for every clean, and don't leave your home until the checklist is completed. This means our cleaners aren't rushing to finish in a fixed time frame, and can focus on quality and attention to detail.

Yes, we bring everything required with us to complete the clean. If you prefer our cleaners to use any of your own equipment or products, just leave a note in instructions during checkout or in your account, and leave it out for our cleaners to use when they arrive.

No stress! Just let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled clean to avoid a late cancellation fee. You can manage your bookings in your account, or just give us a call/email.

Yes, you can. Just choose our 'hourly clean' option (minimum 2 hours), and in the instructions, make a note of what you'd like cleaned. We'll take care of the rest! If you're unsure of how many hours to choose, estimate how many hours it takes you to clean. If we finish over or under the booked time, we'll fix up the pricing at the end of the clean.
